After School Athletics

Athletics at the ROCK includes the following:

• August - October: Volleyball (Contact Coach Singer or Coach Kimble) $60 sports fee

• October - December: Cross Country (Contact Coach Singer) $60 sports fee

• January - February: Track and Field (Contact Coach Singer) $60 sports fee

• March - May: Basketball (Contact Coach Winn) $60 sports fee

*Tryouts are required for Volleyball and Basketball

Students who wish to join Rock Lake's Track & Field need to complete the following:

• Must have a Sports Physical by January 8th in order to participate. FORM LINKED HERE

Practices begin Wednesday, January 8 and will be on:
Mondays from 4:10 to 5 PM
Wednesdays from 3:10 - 4 PM
Thursdays from 4:10 to 5 PM
